One of the most fulfilling and frustrating experiences of a woman’s life is marriage. It can go from being amazing to annoying in the short span of a couple of seconds. Any woman who has been married more than a week or two knows that conflict is a natural part of any committed relationship. However, there are times when that conflict seems to supersede everything else. A couple that was once deeply in love and looking towards their future together as a family can find themselves drifting apart. It’s difficult when a woman feels her partner is pulling away even though he says everything is fine. If that’s what is happening in your relationship, there are some signs that your husband is planning to leave you that you need to be aware of. Once you gain some insight into what he’s feeling, you can do what is needed to not only save the marriage, but rebuild it so it’s stronger than ever.
One of the clear signs that your husband is planning to leave you is a dramatic shift in the pattern of your intimate time together. When a man disconnects himself emotionally from a woman that typically also includes a change in how much he desires her. If your husband has been less interested in lovemaking you need to be concerned by that. He may say that he’s tired or stressed, but it can all be caused by his feeling distant from you. This is one of the signs that a marriage is headed towards trouble that many women simply ignore.
Another indicator that your husband’s feelings for you may have changed is he’ll start to find excuses not to participate in family activities. As a person feels themselves falling out of love with their spouse they begin to ready, not only themselves, but their family for what they perceive as the inevitable change to come. They’ll start being too busy with work to go on family vacations or they’ll be called to the office during birthday celebrations. If this has started to occur within your own marriage, it’s a sign that your husband is preparing you and your children for an eventual separation.
